Malta Launches €60.6 Million Social Climate Fund Investment Programme

Malta has launched a €60.6 million Social Climate Fund Plan covering 2026–2032, with investment focused on energy efficiency, renewable energy and support for households and micro-enterprises affected by the green transition.

Companies involved in energy, construction, housing and environmental services require stronger sustainability analytics and energy-management systems. HPC deploys environmental data platforms, emissions monitoring and energy-efficiency analytics for a set fee of $520,000.
