Nine (9) years of working experience in development project design, monitoring and evaluation; business development and consultancy assignments financed by external funders. Patrick has worked on consultancy assignments commissioned by UN Agencies, bilateral, international and local NGOs which allowed him to establish working relationships with government officials at all levels, and a wide range of international organizations staff, researchers and programs evaluators. With bachelor’s degree in economics and business studies, he is a candidate for MBA with project management and he did 35 monitoring, evaluation and learning courses with certificates.
