Sadaf serves as a Teaching Research Associate at the International Islamic University Islamabad, where she has been actively involved in academia since 2019. With an MS in Management and an MBA in Human Resource Management from the International Islamic University Islamabad, She presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship and Management, which she anticipates to complete it by February 2026. Her robust academic foundation and professional experience enable her to deliver high-quality instruction and mentorship. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes cultivating critical thinking, fostering analytical skills, and bridging theory with practical applications. Through interactive discussions, case-based learning, and entrepreneurial projects, she aim to equip students with the tools needed to excel in their academic and professional pursuits. 

Her experience includes: 

• Supervising over 30 theses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 
• Organizing entrepreneurial project displays engaging over 150 candidates, showcasing innovation and business acumen. 
• Leading and enhancing the integration of digital learning tools and methodologies in academic settings. 

She have also contributed extensively to curriculum development, accreditation processes, and institutional marketing strategies. Her proficiency in research tools such as SPSS and AMOS, combined with my expertise in public administration and management, align well with the expectations of faculty roles.
